Alien X Software ("we", "our", or "us") operates the mobile application
Arrow Shift (package name: com.alienx.arrowshift).
This page explains how information is handled when you use our app.
Information We Collect
Arrow Shift is designed to work primarily on your device. We do not require you to create an account to play.
- Game progress: Level completion, stars, lives, hints, shop items, theme settings, and mid-level progress are stored locally on your device.
- App settings: Sound, music, vibration, and theme preferences are saved locally.
- Device information: Standard Android system information may be processed by Google Play services when you install or update the app.
Information We Do Not Collect
- We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or precise location inside the app.
- We do not operate a login system or user profile database for Arrow Shift.
Advertising
The current public build of Arrow Shift is configured without active third-party ad SDKs. If advertising is enabled in a future update, this policy will be updated and any required consent flows will be shown inside the app.
Third-Party Services
The app may use standard platform services such as:
- Google Play Store for distribution and updates
- Google Play In-App Updates (when available on your device)
These services are governed by their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review Google’s privacy documentation for details on how Android and Google Play handle data.
Data Storage and Security
Your gameplay data is stored locally on your device using Android app storage mechanisms. Uninstalling the app may remove this local data. We take reasonable steps to build the app securely, but no method of storage is 100% secure.
Children’s Privacy
Arrow Shift is suitable for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us and we will review the concern.
Your Choices
- You can reset game progress from within the app where supported.
- You can uninstall the app at any time to remove locally stored data.
- You can disable sound, music, and vibration in Settings.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the revised policy.
